The Job role of a Distributor:
Distributor’s role is to inform customers of offers, products and service available to them in good timing. Regarding our industry: Leaflets/flyer distribution is our main service, to Commercial and Domestic premises.
Terms:leaflet distributor is also stated as shift worker as we currently do not have full time job post.
Commercial spaces: is places of work .i.e. office, retail, restaurant, factories, etc
Domestic spaces: is places for living and homes - flats, bungalow, Victoria Terrence etc
Flyer: Small paper or card advertisement. glossy or Matt
leaflets: longer paper advertisement. glossy or Matt
work: the act of distribution of flyers or leaflets
worker:the employee that works for solute services as a distributor
How we operate:
We meet at varied locations around inner and outer London to distribute leaflets. We currently meet two days out of every tow weeks (that is every 14 day we meet to leaflet). currently Monday 5pm to 7pm and Tuesday 10am to 7pm (with a lunch break)
Time Table: We appreciate things happen but being early and or on time is important to us: - as we use the first hour to hand out packs of flyer and register shifts on the app and issuing locations to work.

Two by Two:- We may send you accompanied by another leaflet distributor, so you have support, which is what we like to focus on.
We will aim to keep in contact in relation to your job role, to ensure you understand what you need to do. We may call via Whats-App, messenger and or via an unknown or private line to speak with you.
Contact with you: We may messenger you via email, Whats-App, Messenger, SMS, depending on your agreed form of communication, if you have not state this then we will automatically use whatever has been given to us from your contact details.
Item given to preform duties on the job:- touch, high visibility vest, water, leaflets, trolley.
Item you are responsible for: the item given to you by staff of soluteservice.co any loss or damage must be paid for; also you are responsible to wear the correct garments of the weather.
Daily Work Costs: can be in any part of inner and outer London. All travel fee to the location for you daily work is your financial responsibility.
Pay is issued Monthly and is record. The first payment will be issued to your bank account after that cash can be issued with a pay slip which is still needed to be pay Monthly.
Warning:
1) Disciplinary: Any worker found to be 30 Minutes late - will not be aloud to work that shift or may be subject to penalty for every minutes lost.
Penalty: 1st step is to receive two warning than the 2nd time you will be sent home without work after the 1st step has been issued previously.The 3rd step - attempt to have a meeting to discuss what changes can be made to move forward into good standards. After this point the worker maybe fired, if progress has not been made.
2) Places you should not leaflet/ distributor: If you see any of these sign at doors, windows and or gates. When visibility is poor and or you see that the environment may not be safe please DO NOT venture in areas such as this. Please make sure you have plenty of charge on your phone - this ensures your safety - we know you are fine.

If you are on benefit the office HMR allow you to work at less than 16 hours a Week before deduction is made to effect your Benefit.
